Takara Mystic Warranty Policy

At Takara Mystic, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 2-year free warranty on all our products. Below are the details of our warranty policy:

What is Covered

  • Defects in Material and Workmanship: Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

What is Not Covered

  • Loss or Theft: Our warranty does not cover jewelry that has been lost or stolen.
  • Improper Handling: We do not cover damages resulting from improper handling or misuse of the jewelry. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Dropping the jewelry into a garbage disposal.
    • Running over the jewelry with a vehicle.
    • Subjecting the jewelry to harsh activities such as rock climbing, heavy workouts, or any other strenuous activities that could damage the piece.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Any repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized personnel void the warranty.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual degradation or damage due to normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading, is not covered.
  • Inability to Rework: Jewelry that cannot be reworked into new items is excluded from the warranty.

Warranty Process

  1. Claim Submission: To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at service@takaramystic.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate the claim to determine if it falls under our warranty coverage. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Repair or Replacement: Once received, we will repair or replace the item and return it to you at no additional cost. If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, we will offer a similar item of equal value or a refund.

Important Notes

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item to us for evaluation. If the claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Documentation: Please retain your original purchase receipt or order confirmation email, as proof of purchase will be required for warranty claims.
