At Takara Mystic, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is worry-free with our 30-day return policy. Our products are known for their top-notch quality and craftsmanship, and we stand by our commitment to your satisfaction.
Conditions for Return
Incorrect Size
- We adhere to strict international sizing standards in jewelry craftsmanship. Please refer to our size chart before purchasing to ensure accurate sizing. If the product size needs to be changed, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Color Discrepancy
- Our crystal jewelry may exhibit slight color variations due to the natural properties of the stones and differences in device display settings. These variations are considered normal and are not eligible for free return.
Material Allergy
- If you are allergic to the materials labeled on Takara Mystic products, please do not purchase them. If you experience any allergic reaction, stop wearing the product immediately and seek medical advice. Provide photos of your allergy symptoms and contact customer service to return the product. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns.
Manufacturing Defect
- Our products undergo strict quality control before shipment, but we acknowledge that oversights can sometimes occur. If you discover any defects in the product upon receipt, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly address the issue for you.
Unmet Expectations
- While we maintain high-quality standards, if you are dissatisfied, contact our customer service for return arrangements. Return costs are borne by the customer.
Shipping Issues
- Any damage during transit or packaging issues must be reported within 3 days for a free replacement or reshipment. Issues reported after 3 days but within 30 days will incur additional fees.
Return Procedure
- Contact customer service with reasons and photos for damaged/defective items.
- The customer service team will provide the return address.
- Pack items securely for return.
- Include a list in the package with order number, email, products, and quantities.
- Self-ship the package and provide the tracking number to service@takaramystic.com.
Important Notes
- Please send returned packages to the address provided by the customer service team. Orders returned without authorization will not be accepted, and refunds/exchanges/warranty services will not be provided.
- Returned items must be in the same condition they were received (including original packaging) to receive a product refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Products marked with the 'BIG Sale' label are final sale and ineligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, items eligible for lucky half-price discounts and personalized or customized items are non-refundable.
- If returning an item due to personal preference, please contact our after-sales team within 7 days. A $7.99 shipping fee will be charged, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Returns after 7 days will be subject to a handling fee of 60% of the total order value.
- Items cannot be returned more than 30 days after receipt.
Exchange Fees
- United States: Send it back to the address provided and pay $4.99 for reissue shipping.
- Canada/Australia/Europe/Other Countries: Send it back to the address provided and pay $7.99 for reissue shipping.
